Melanie joined Loreto Ryder & Associates in 2013 after running a successful home childcare business. Her patience, gentle nature, and ability to get things done in a timely fashion makes her an integral part of the team. She is the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you call the office and is happy to help with any administrative issues you may have.   When she is not busy serving clients, Melanie is a chauffeur to her 3 children and is involved in their school’s parent council.

Leo came to Canada in 2007 for a better life, after giving up a successful career as a Software Engineer in Cuba. Subsequently earning his Diploma in Business Administration from George Brown College, he worked a few years for a couple of the big Canadian banks. His diverse working background, passion to constantly improve efficiency, and unparalleled customer service is why he is a part of this team. He is married and a proud father of two amazing girls. He enjoys playing soccer and baseball and could discuss these for hours on end.
